We are dedicated to ensuring a hassle-free return experience for you. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, simply initiate the return process within 30 days from the delivery date. Your contentment is our utmost concern.
Return Guidelines:
- All pre-designed styles are eligible for a full refund, processed back to your original payment method.
- Special orders, personal or Custom special orders can be returned, but in such cases, only store credit will be issued. All name and initial jewelry are considered personalized,
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn condition, and accompanied by all provided documentation.
- Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable) may not be accepted.
- Exchanges are non-refundable.
- Returns showing any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Review the Return Policy: Familiarize yourself with our return policy to ensure your item meets the criteria for return.
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order details.
- Obtain a Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, essential for processing your return. Packages lacking this number will not be accepted.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, if available, including all accessories and documentation.
- Label the Package: Clearly mark the package with the provided Return Authorization (RA) number for smooth processing. Affix the return label to the shipping box.
- A free return label will be provided via email.
- Keep Proof of Return: Retain shipping receipt or tracking information as proof of return.
- Await Confirmation: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll provide confirmation and process any applicable refund or store credit.
- Upon receiving the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect and validate the item's condition before proceeding with the refund process.
- Once your return has arrived and been inspected you will receive your refund of the payment within 2 working days.
